The wine is beautifully textured, full of honey and brioche on the nose. The subtle buttery aromas delicately underline the heady chalky notes.

Structured and fresh, the palate offers up touches of dried fruit and honey.

Served with razor-shell with a hint of wasabi, coriander and Champagne. Noble fish.
