The Le Brun Servenay Champagne House resulted from the alliance of two very old wine grower families in 1965.

Grower producer for four generations, the Le Brun Servenay Champagne House inherits a precious tradition, both based on an intimate knowledge of its terroirs and the mastery of wine-making.
Tending the vineyard by respecting its characteristics and its true identity is passed on each generation to create our exclusive House Champagnes.

one discovers an old flask

Linking Gerard Le Brun’s mastered experience and Patrick Le Brun’s modern vision, the Le Brun Servenay House maintains a tradition of perfection in the wine-making process skills while endorsing both innovation and modern approaches.

The judicious selection of grapes, the deliberate low yield running of the vines, the respect of the soils and terroirs, a more responsible wine-making process with extended periods of time in our cellars and, above all, the commitment of men of passion contribute to endow our Champagnes with the utmost high quality.

The Le Brun and Severnay House’s vines are located at the heart of the prestigious “Côte des Blancs” on three Grand Cru villages as well as on the surrounding hills. These vines are composed of 80 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.

The clay limestone soil, the drainage of the land as well as the average age of the vines, the oldest of which are 80 years old, confer to our Champagne wines a potential of minerality, freshness and excellence.
